The Forge
As the Social Media Manager and Graphic Designer for The Forge Functional Fitness, I oversee content strategy, social media management, and creative design across the gym's digital platforms.
My responsibilities include developing and maintaining the social content calendar, designing promotional graphics, creating event and program marketing materials, writing social copy, scheduling content through Gym Lead Machine, and capturing photography and video during classes and community events.
As an active member of The Forge myself, I have a unique perspective on the community, culture, and people behind the brand. This firsthand involvement helps me create authentic content that reflects the gym's mission and resonates with both current and prospective members.

Fitness & Nutrition Handout
Created an 8x6 handout printed on 80lb cardstock to be given after a fitness class to a small group of men. The card reiterated the work, nutrition and mobility process covered during the presentation and also included contact information for the gym.

Running Guides
To support community engagement and introduce new athletes to the sport of running, I developed a series of promotional social media campaigns centered around free beginner running guides. The initiative was designed to reduce barriers to entry by providing structured, accessible training plans while encouraging participation through educational and motivational content.
I designed and organized each guide from concept through final production, creating both digital and print-ready assets that aligned with the gym's brand and messaging. The campaign combined visual storytelling, content strategy, and lead-generation goals, helping connect with a broader fitness audience while showcasing approachable pathways into running and endurance training.
This project highlights my ability to translate organizational goals into cohesive marketing materials, balancing graphic design, content development, and audience engagement across multiple formats.

Nutrition Seminar Flyer and Social
To promote a community nutrition seminar, I designed a branded event flyer and supporting social media campaign that communicated key event details while encouraging registration and participation. The materials were created to simplify nutrition education and make the topic approachable for individuals at all stages of their fitness journey. The project included both print-ready and digital assets, demonstrating my ability to develop cohesive marketing materials across platforms while maintaining brand consistency, visual hierarchy, and audience-focused messaging.
