Mosaics have been a part of my work since the very beginning of our Live intranet—something I helped shape from day one. These visuals are created to tell a story, accompanying every internal feature and capturing the reader’s attention at first glance.
Each Mosaic is designed to stand out in its own unique way while staying true to the Baker Tilly brand.
Often produced on tight deadlines, these projects have always been some of my favorites—they reflect the heart and soul of BT and the stories that bring our people together.
Mosaic Guidelines
Over the past year, I developed branded guidelines and templates for the main Mosaic categories. These designs are now in use—and will continue to be used—across Live to ensure consistency and a cohesive visual identity. The strategy and design behind each Mosaic category allow for flexibility—featuring team member photos, major announcements, general messaging, and special occasions. The Mosaic guidelines were a solo project, where I carefully measured each layout, accounted for overlay text placement, and created multiple color variations. I also documented clear instructions for each template to ensure that anyone could easily use and maintain the Mosaic system with consistency.

These are the final Mosaic images I created for the Live homepage, offering a glimpse into how our global team members experienced these visuals. Each image is distinct yet remains aligned with the established guidelines and effectively reflects the story it represents.
