Strategy Evolution

Working closely with the Chief Strategy Officer, I transformed the firm’s strategic vision into a clear, engaging visual system. The circular and pie chart–based graphics broke down complex concepts—our vision, mission, and core initiatives—into a cohesive, accessible format. Over time, I evolved the design to align with our refreshed brand identity and created supporting infographics to further illustrate progress, priorities, and key initiatives. These visuals have been used firm-wide across presentations, internal platforms, and external communications to keep our strategy front and center.

2025 Evolving the Campaign Experience

I evolved our original Strategy 2.0 graphic into Strategy 2030 with a refreshed, modern color palette and a more dimensional design. The new “cut-open” inner core visually represents the heart of our firm—our people—and illustrates how the strategy surrounds, supports, and connects every part of what we do. This update not only modernizes the look but deepens the symbolism, showing that our strategy is both the structure and the energy that drives us forward.

Our Strategy in Motion

Building on the foundation of Strategy 2030, Our Strategy in Motion represents the firm’s adaptable approach to achieving our long-term vision. This circular graphic system visualizes the set of initiatives driving the greatest value—focusing our efforts and resources on the priorities that matter most. Designed to reflect forward momentum and continuous evolution, the graphic reinforces that our strategy is not static but responsive to internal progress and external change.

The design also breaks down into simplified versions for use across principal presentations, firm-wide decks, and Live, ensuring consistency and flexibility across communication channels.

Strategy 2.0 Visual Identity (2019)

As the sole designer collaborating with the Communications team, I developed the visual system for Strategy 2.0 — the firm’s 10-year
strategic plan launched in 2019. The goal was to clearly communicate the vision, mission, and core values through a cohesive and adaptable design language.

The centerpiece of the project was a four-part pie chart, with each quadrant representing a core pillar of the strategy. Each segment included breakout visuals to illustrate the ideas and initiatives supporting the overarching plan. I selected four secondary brand colors to distinguish the strategic pillars, ensuring versatility and consistency across internal and external channels — including presentations, digital posts,
and print materials.

Strategy 2.0 guided the firm through the COVID-19 period and later evolved into Strategy 2030, with this design serving as a foundation for its visual identity.
