People Solutions creative

One of my first major projects following my internship was contributing to the People Solutions redesign. I collaborated with a fellow team member to plan and execute a professional photoshoot—including myself—and applied a duotone treatment using Baker Tilly’s original brand colors. The resulting images were adapted into square formats and various headers for internal pages and emails supporting the People Solutions updates, as the firm transitioned into Live.

Within this project, I also created My Development, part of the rebranding effort to foster a more team-focused feel by using “my” in familiar internal terminology. This channel guides members through their professional development journey, and I designed process maps and supporting infographics to visually communicate the steps and resources available. Below are some of the exploratory art pieces that informed the final layout, which now appears in the main carousel—right where you clicked!

Internal Graphics

Created in 2018–2019 as part of a broader People Solutions redesign, My Development was rebranded to create a more team-focused, approachable feel by using “my” in familiar internal terminology. This channel supports firm members in navigating their development journey, and part of the redesign included visualizing the process as a clear, engaging “process map.”

Below are unused exploratory art pieces that helped refine the layout and narrative, with the final design implemented in the main carousel—right where you clicked! The project balanced clarity, brand consistency, and user engagement to make the development process more accessible and visually compelling.
