Black History Month
Over the past three years, Black History Month at Baker Tilly has evolved from simple team member spotlights into a storytelling campaign celebrating the diverse voices that shape our firm. Below are two years that featured my designs. The 2025 concept was adapted into a mosaic-style template—one of my favorite layouts—which balanced clean composition with subtle texture and thoughtful use of our secondary color palette. This design created space to feature team member photos and stories while maintaining a unified visual identity. Throughout February 2025, it became the firm’s signature look for Black History Month, used consistently across both internal and external channels.
2025 BHM
Two design options were offered: one with plum as the primary color and another where blue and aqua were interchangeable. The circular headshot layout was used for the initial launch, both internally and externally, while the full half-page image layout supported the two-part
story format.

This shows the evolution from the original design, with the 'line design' updated for 2025, while key elements—like the circular headshot—
were retained.
